Visionary Residential Developers KUDU Thailand saw a demand for modern contemporary residential architecture in the heart of metropolitan Bangkok.

This 25 unit townhouse estate started a trend that has been quickly followed by other residential developers.

The unique contemporary design, although visually appealing to a modern life style, caused many challenges with the M&E Services.

Unconventional building methods for Thailand required a design where the normal installation methods were integrated into the new concepts, while avoiding too much compromise with the architectural and interior designer’s vision.

Huge open spaces and western glass frontages caused Air Conditioning challenges to meet budget constraints as well as visual and performance requirements.

Fire and Security systems, Cable Television options, Lighting Control systems, Communications and Special Shower requirements all made this project exceptional.
